Delete your HalalLens account
You can delete your account at any time: in the app, here on the web, or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open HalalLens, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm.
On the web
Sign in with the same method you use in the app, then come back to this page to delete your account.

Email us from the address on your account (or tell us the phone number you sign in with) and we will delete your account within 30 days.

- Your scan history and favorites (scanned photos are never stored)
- Your sign-in (email or phone, and any linked Apple or Google identity) and your credit balance
- History saved on the device you delete from
What we keep
- Purchase and payment records that tax and accounting law require us to keep
- If you use the same sign-in for another of our apps, that shared login and its purchase records stay so the other app keeps working. Your HalalLens scan data is still erased.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
Deletion in the app or on this page takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
